A Recap Of How Amazing The Eze Fitness Grand Opening Turned Out!

I want to thank everybody that came out to show support at Eze Fitness Grand Opening. It was a HUGE HIT!! The weather was beautiful, the food was phenomenal, the music great, and all the kids and adults had a blast.

Mayor Bob Brown of Neptune City honored us with his presence at the ribbon cutting. Or should I say ribbon breaking! Why cut a ribbon if you can punch right through it!

The Fundraiser for the Neptune City Fire Department was a great success. Couldn't have thought of a better way to honor the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. And of course, the kids loved playing on the trucks!

                                                         

And yes I did raffle of an I-Pad 2. What other personal trainer do you know that would do a crazy thing like that?

Talk about having amazing luck! I got word that once he got home, he stared at it all night long, not knowing what to do with it.



After many tries, I was finally beaten in the Nintendo Wii' Michael Jackson Experience game. So my "Beat It" jacket now belongs to Jenn Esena.. Take good care of it, and make sure you take it off once in a while. And try not to sleep in it too much. :)

As for the push contest, Jen Keller, stole the show by doing 45 push ups in 1 min. Wow!! Jen is now the Eze Fit Boot Camp's push up Queen. But because my wife Kiko didn't compete, and a couple of other women were right on her tail, Jen better train hard to hold on to that title in the next contest!!

Now if you want to know how the guys push up contest panned out, take a look at this clip. These 6 crazy, testosterone-driven animals did over 500 push ups combined, in just a short 60 seconds.

All in all I am glad everyone had a good time because I sure did. Thank you so much to all my clients, family, friends, and everyone else that came out to be a part of this memorable day.

My Crazy Cheat Day... Before Ja-mai-can Me Fit!!

I usually have a cheat meal every Sunday, it helps me keep my SANE!

My fiance Kiko and I will go to Ichiban (our favorite sushi restaurant) and then to where ever we feel like getting ice cream. We've tried so many different places and found Cone Zone to be our favorite... Until Kiko found a LONG, GREASY, DANDRUFF-INFESTED hair in her ice cream... BARF!!

Now our new ice cream spot is Cold Stone Creamery. And they are FANTASTIC!!

In order to look like a million bucks on our wedding day, my fiance and I are doing my new JA-MAI-CAN Me FIt Challenge..

Some crazy boot camp members have decided to embark on this 8 week journey as well (not like they had a choice).. lol

8 Weeks of HARDCORE training and strict dieting...
No more ice cream, alcohol, or cheat meal for the next 8 weeks!

GOD HELP US ALL!!!

New Facility For Eze Fit boot Camp

I can't freaking stand it when people pay thousands of dollars for a personal trainer that is not a PERSONAL trainer.. Does he look out for you? Does he yield results? Or are you just a number to him?

You wanna know one of the benefits of having a personal trainer? It is because they'd do anything and everything to make sure you accomplish your fitness goals.. If your trainer is not doing everything in his power to help you, then you need to fire him/her... ASAP!
 


On a different note... Starting July 4th, Eze Fit Boot Camp is celebrating it's independence and moving into a new location...

I Thank God

I woke up this morning filled with joy. So I took a second to thank God for a few things.

1) I thanked God for destinations weddings. My fiance Kiko and I almost went insane from trying to plan our New Jersey wedding by ourselves. After two weeks of trying we said screw it and we contacted Sally Smith from Travel Smiths . She hooked us up with an awesome destination wedding in beautiful Montego Bay, Jamaica, and a honeymoon to snowboard the Apls in Chamonix, France.

             

2) I thanked God for giving me the knowledge and skills to start my own fitness business. I freakin love what I do! I get paid to kick the crap out of all my clients and they still love me because I deliver results. But I am sure they would still love me even if they weren't getting results..

3) I thanked God for my late dog HAYA, my fiance Kiko, my family, friends, clients, and all the people He has put into my life. I don't know what I'll do without y'all.

 

Well with that said, it's time to go workout. I hope you've already done your workout for the day. If not, GO GET IT DONE!!!!
