A Recap Of How Amazing The Eze Fitness Grand Opening Turned Out!

I want to thank everybody that came out to show support at Eze Fitness Grand Opening. It was a HUGE HIT!! The weather was beautiful, the food was phenomenal, the music great, and all the kids and adults had a blast.

Mayor Bob Brown of Neptune City honored us with his presence at the ribbon cutting. Or should I say ribbon breaking! Why cut a ribbon if you can punch right through it!

The Fundraiser for the Neptune City Fire Department was a great success. Couldn't have thought of a better way to honor the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. And of course, the kids loved playing on the trucks!

And yes I did raffle of an I-Pad 2. What other personal trainer do you know that would do a crazy thing like that?
Congrats to Brad Tribucher for winning the I-Pad 2.
Talk about having amazing luck! I got word that once he got home, he stared at it all night long, not knowing what to do with it.

After many tries, I was finally beaten in the Nintendo Wii' Michael Jackson Experience game. So my "Beat It" jacket now belongs to Jenn Esena.. Take good care of it, and make sure you take it off once in a while. And try not to sleep in it too much. :)

As for the push contest, Jen Keller, stole the show by doing 45 push ups in 1 min. Wow!! Jen is now the Eze Fit Boot Camp's push up Queen. But because my wife Kiko didn't compete, and a couple of other women were right on her tail, Jen better train hard to hold on to that title in the next contest!!

The push up Queen won a
gift card to Victoria Secret
Now if you want to know how the guys push up contest panned out, take a look at this clip. These 6 crazy, testosterone-driven animals did over 500 push ups combined, in just a short 60 seconds.

All in all I am glad everyone had a good time because I sure did. Thank you so much to all my clients, family, friends, and everyone else that came out to be a part of this memorable day.

Help me raise $3000 for Steph and her Cause!

One of my "tough as Nails" Boot Camp member (Stephanie Palmieri) is training for the San Diego Marathon (23 mile run) on June 6th. Steph and her Team in training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.
First of all I just want to say that she is CRAZY!! A marathon is no joke.. I did a 5 mile race once and I almost died.. But then again, I hate running..

With that said, I am very proud of Steph, and I stand behind her 100%. I would even run with her.. Okay maybe not.. But I'll do anything else to show my support. That is why I've already contributed to help her cause..

I want you to do the same as well... Support our girl, and help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

Eze Fit Boot Camp Charity Drive In The News...

Thanks to the help of my boot camp members, my friends, and the Coast Star newspaper, Eze Fit Boot Camp's "Every Kid Deserves A Chance" charity drive has already raised $1,100 for the Childhood Leukemia Foundation.

It isn't over yet! This charity drive is running till the end of November. If you sign up now you will be enrolled in my "4 Week Body Transformation" program. All you pay is $75 and 100 % of the proceeds will be donated to lift the spirits of kids fighting cancer.

Do something special for these kids this Thanksgiving, and at the same time do something special for yourself. The 4 Week Body Transformation will help you keep the pounds off over the Holidays!

Statistics show that the average American can gain 7-12 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Do not be a statistic!

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW!!!

Get Fit And Help The Childhood Leukemia Foundation :)

I need your help!

I came across a newsletter with a story about an amazing little 3 year old named Rena and I want to share a little about it with you.

Medically speaking, Rena was diagnosed on 06/08/10 with a Wilms Tumor on her left kidney. On 06/11/10 she had the tumor, her left kidney and left adrenal gland removed. They also removed 8 lymph nodes, 2 of which showed small disease in them. She has been on six weeks of chemotherapy and six sessions of radiation. She also had metastases to her lungs, and after her six weeks of chemo, although there was significant improvement, the largest lesions did not shrink much.

Rena is doing better now and the Childhood Leukemia Foundation has been a big part of that. CLF has been raising spirits and giving hope to children diagnosed with cancer for a chance to live a better life.

The story about Rena broke my heart… so I’ve decided to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Here’s the action plan...

Come join Eze Fit Boot Camp's
"4 Week Body Transformation Challenge"
for only $75, and 100% of the proceeds goes to the Childhood Leukemia Foundation, Inc.

You'll come to our results-driven indoor Boot Camp and participate in our 4 Week Body Transformation program. And in the process of transforming your body, you'll give hope to a child in the Childhood Leukemia Foundation.

And again, all 100% of your money will go towards helping kids like Rena have an opportunity to have a happy, healthy and productive life.

I’m calling this the “Every Kid Deserves a Chance” Charity drive
and the goal is to raise $2000 for the Childhood Leukemia Foundation in Brick, NJ over the next 30 days, so I’m going to need your help.

To participate, or refer a friend call me at (732) 766-0227
or email me at jemand@ezefitnessgroup.com

Thanks for your help, it sure feels good to take action and help
give these kids hope and a chance to live a better life.

Hope to see you soon,

Jemand
