My Crazy Cheat Day... Before Ja-mai-can Me Fit!!

I usually have a cheat meal every Sunday, it helps me keep my SANE!

My fiance Kiko and I will go to Ichiban (our favorite sushi restaurant) and then to where ever we feel like getting ice cream. We've tried so many different places and found Cone Zone to be our favorite... Until Kiko found a LONG, GREASY, DANDRUFF-INFESTED hair in her ice cream... BARF!!


Now our new ice cream spot is Cold Stone Creamery. And they are FANTASTIC!!


In order to look like a million bucks on our wedding day, my fiance and I are doing my new JA-MAI-CAN Me FIt Challenge..

Some crazy boot camp members have decided to embark on this 8 week journey as well (not like they had a choice).. lol

8 Weeks of HARDCORE training and strict dieting...
No more ice cream, alcohol, or cheat meal for the next 8 weeks!

Beware of Carbs... What you don't know will Kill Ya!

The average American consumes way too much carbs without even knowing. No wonder some find it impossible to lose weight. You'll see what I mean after you watch this video.






300 or more grams/day - Danger Zone!
Easy to reach with the “normal” American diet (cereals, pasta, rice, bread, pancakes, soda, juice, packaged snacks, sweets, desserts, fast food). High risk of excess fat storage, Immediate reduction carbs is critical if you ever want to see any weight loss results.
