Now you are probably thinking, how could something as simple as heavy resistance training help you torch unwanted FAT??
Once again, by lifting heavier weights you increase the stress load on the body, causing your heart to work hard, and in turn you expend a lot more energy or calories. YES, It's as simple as that!
Lifting heavy will also help you'll build lean muscle mass, and muscle tone. Ladies, the answer is NO! You will not get jacked like a dude. You do not produce testosterone, and it's not that easy...
Last but not least. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your basal metabolic rate (the amount of calories you burn at rest everyday).
So go HARD, or go HOME!!
