Train Hard And I'll Take You Shopping!!

I took the winning team of the "7 Week Sizzling Summer Slim Down" Shopping for new sneakers. 

Here is a recap of how awesome they were in the contest..

Lori Herschkowitz lost 5 lbs, 4.3% of her weight

Julie Baldasare Lost 13.8 lbs, 8% of her weight

Susan Baldasare lost 12.4 lbs, 10.1% of her weight.

And the grand winner of the entire contest. The most Sizzling hot camper, Millie Baldasare lost 14.2 lbs, 11.0% of her weight.    

That's a total of 45.4 pounds lost by these amazing women.

These lovely ladies definitely deserve a prize for kicking ass and taking names in the 7 Week Sizzling Summer Slim-Down contest. Now they can come to boot camp with Fresh and Fly kicks like me!!! :)
